New Delhi, Feb 12 (ANI): Speaking on the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) row, Delhi Police Commissioner B.S. Bassi on Friday said that a case under 124-A (charges of Sedition) has been registered against the people involved, adding that one arrest has been made in this connection. Bassi further justified the charges laid on the arrested JNU Students' Union president, saying that people indulging in any anti-state activities are liable for the punishment under this Section, adding it ranged from three years to life imprisonment. He further informed that the court has granted police custody of the arrest made, adding that the questioning was in process.
