Bat rescuer Denise Wade was hanging out with some hungry flying foxes while they snacked on fig leaves in Queensland, Australia.
“We generally think of flying-foxes as pollen, nectar and fruit feeders but there are many elements to a flying-fox diet. Flying-foxes are know to eat different varieties of leaves and bark and they have been seen eating lerps and evening moths,” explained Denise of the species’ diet. Credit: Denise Wade via Storyful
