Apple Inc plans to cut the price of some of its flagship iPhones outside US. The move is an attempt to stem weak iPhone sales in overseas markets. A 10 % rise in the US dollar in China over the past year has made Apple's products much pricier than rivals. The move was announced after the first-ever dip in iPhone sales during the holiday shopping period. Apple did not say in which countries it would adjust iPhone prices. Resellers in China have already begun cutting iPhone prices.
