In an extensive interview on May 23, US Ambassador to Malaysia Kamala Shirin Lakhdhir said the international probe on the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) scandal is gaining steam and more funds related to the Malaysian sovereign wealth fund could be repatriated in Malaysia.
She gave her assurance that her government is fully committed to ensuring that justice is done to those wronged.
