While inaugurating the Purvanchal Expressway at Karwal Kheri in Uttar Pradesh’s Sultanpur district Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said that 'this is the expressway to the state’s development and will show the way to a new Uttar Pradesh.'
